The AquaStar 12 inch Square Retrofit MoFlow Suction Outlet Cover R12MF101 is a retrofit drain cover designed for upgrading existing 12 inch square suction outlet frames. Manufactured to AquaStar standards, it fits many 1 inch deep frames with four-screw mounting patterns from AquaStar, Hayward, Waterway, American/PacFab, and Pentair-style systems. The MoFlow design increases open surface area to improve circulation and reduce suction concentration. Its engineered polymer construction is UV-resistant and built for long-term outdoor use. The cover is designed to meet VGB and ANSI anti-entrapment safety requirements.
