The Ramuc Tuff Coat UT-219 is a single-component, water-based rubberized non-skid coating in White, engineered for pool decks, splash pads, docks, boat ramps, and high-traffic aquatic surfaces that need a clean, bright, slip-resistant finish. Part of the proven UT-200 series, its formula cross-links urethanes, acrylics, co-polymers, and recycled rubber granules into a flexible, fully submersible coating that bonds directly to concrete, wood, fiberglass, and metal without requiring a separate primer. White is one of the most versatile colorways in the Tuff Coat line, equally suited for full deck applications, waterpark surfaces, pool coping, and as a bright base layer when paired with lane-marking or safety accent colors. Covering 40–45 square feet per gallon in two coats, the UT-219 dries to touch in approximately one hour, is top-coatable in one to two hours, and reaches full chemical cure in 24 hours to five days. Application is handled with a Tuff Coat roller or low-pressure hopper spray gun, the coating is thinned with water only, and the formula is fully VOC-compliant.

Highlights

  • Bright White Finish for Aquatic Use: White is one of the most widely used colorways in the Tuff Coat line, delivering a bright, neutral surface well suited for full pool deck coverage, waterpark areas, and pool coping, and serving as a versatile base layer when paired with safety yellow or lane-marking accent colors.
  • Cross-Linked Submersible Formula: A water-based blend that cross-links urethanes, acrylics, co-polymers, and recycled rubber granules into a flexible, impact-resistant coating that resists cracking, peeling, and delamination across continuously wet, submerged, and chemically active aquatic surfaces.
  • Adheres to Multiple Substrates: Bonds directly to concrete, wood, fiberglass, and metal across both interior and exterior locations without the need for a separate primer step, making the UT-219 a flexible solution for pool decks, splash pads, docks, boat ramps, patios, and other high-traffic aquatic walkways.
  • 30–35 Mil Medium-Texture Surface: Cures to a rubberized medium-texture finish at 30–35 mils of thickness, providing reliable underfoot traction when surfaces are wet and helping reduce slip-and-fall risk across pool decks, ramps, splash zones, and aquatic walkways at residential and commercial facilities.
  • Quick Recoat and Water-Based Cleanup: Touch-dry in about one hour and top-coatable in one to two hours, with full chemical cure reached between 24 hours and five days, and because the UT-219 is water-based and VOC-compliant, both roller and low-pressure hopper spray application clean up with water rather than solvents.
