The Skimlite 381B is an OEM replacement guide fitting designed to keep Skimlite telescopic pool poles operating smoothly and accurately throughout regular service use. The guide fitting sits within the outer pole section and aligns the inner pole as it slides through during extension and retraction, preventing the wobble, lateral play, and misalignment that can develop as poles age and wear under continuous professional use. Available in black, the 381B is part of Skimlite's "Replace with Confidence" replacement parts program, which reflects the brand's commitment to user-serviceable pole designs that can be maintained and repaired rather than fully replaced. The 381B is manufactured in the USA by Skimlite Manufacturing, Inc., a third-generation company producing professional pool maintenance equipment since 1954.
- OEM Skimlite Guide Fitting: The 381B is a factory-authorized replacement guide fitting manufactured by Skimlite to exact OEM specifications, providing a precise dimensional fit that restores proper telescoping function and smooth section travel to compatible Skimlite pool poles.
- Eliminates Wobble and Lateral Play: The guide fitting holds the inner pole section in proper alignment within the outer pole during extension and retraction, preventing the looseness, side-to-side movement, and uneven travel that commonly develop in high-use telescopic pool poles over time.
- User-Serviceable Pole Design: Skimlite engineers their poles to be fully serviceable in the field, and the 381B allows pool service professionals and homeowners to replace a worn or damaged guide fitting quickly and cost-effectively without having to purchase an entirely new telescopic pool pole.
- Black Finish for Visual Consistency: The 381B is offered in black to match Skimlite's black pole series, allowing the replacement guide fitting to blend in cleanly with the surrounding pole hardware and maintain a professional appearance after the repair is completed.
- Made in the USA Since 1954: Manufactured in the USA by Skimlite Manufacturing, Inc., a third-generation American family-owned brand trusted by pool service professionals for over 70 years for quality, durability, and long-term replacement parts support across their pole lineup.
