The Swimables SW-81-020 is a 2-inch Hi-Temp Union T-Gasket engineered as a direct replacement for CMP part 26200-210-632, purpose-built to maintain a reliable, leak-free seal in high-temperature pool and spa plumbing environments. Its distinctive profile — flat on one side and T-shaped on the other — seats precisely within CMP Hi-Temp union assemblies, generating a self-sealing connection that removes the need for Teflon tape or pipe dope during installation. Fabricated from durable elastomeric material, the SW-81-020 is rated to resist deformation, chemical degradation, and the thermal stress inherent to plumbing systems operating near heaters, heat pumps, and solar-augmented loops. Rather than replacing an entire union assembly, this gasket provides a fast, cost-effective seal restoration that minimizes downtime and reduces service costs for both residential and commercial pool systems.
- Direct CMP Replacement: The SW-81-020 is engineered as a precise drop-in replacement for CMP part 26200-210-632, designed to fit CMP 2-inch Hi-Temp union assemblies without modification, additional hardware, or adjustments to existing plumbing.
- T-Profile Design for a Superior Seal: Featuring a flat profile on one side and a T-shaped profile on the other, this gasket seats securely within the union assembly to create a tight, self-sealing connection that consistently outperforms standard flat or round gasket designs in leak prevention.
- High-Temperature Rated Material: Built from elastomeric material rated for the elevated temperatures common in pool and spa systems, the SW-81-020 delivers dependable sealing performance in demanding environments near heaters, heat pumps, and solar-integrated plumbing circuits.
- Chemical-Resistant Construction: Formulated to withstand prolonged exposure to chlorine, pool treatment chemicals, and repeated thermal cycling, this gasket maintains its sealing integrity over time and reduces the frequency of maintenance-related seal replacements.
- Cost-Effective Seal Repair: By targeting only the worn gasket rather than necessitating full union assembly replacement, the SW-81-020 offers a practical, budget-conscious repair solution that saves both time and material costs for pool owners and professional service technicians alike.
